Recites the charter of John de Tutenhulle to Nicholas, Nicholas's son, by which he granted and quitclaimed to him for all his lands at 'Tutenhulle' [in or near Odiham] (as in DCc-ChAnt/O/22 above). Nicholas confirms the grant and quitclaim to Nicholas, his son. For an annual payment of 1d, payable as specified. For this Nicholas the son has also paid 40s as a gersum fine. No date.
