All lands, tenements, rents and services which fell to John Stergrave after the death of Agnes atte Oke, his wife, within the parishes of Odiham, Crondall and Bramley ('Bromley'). For John Stergrave's life. For an annual payment of 5 marks, payable as specified. John Mordy is also to pay all burdens owed to the king and the church. Right of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears. Conditions on repairs and other conditions. John Mordy has made a bond in £40 to observe the conditions of the lease.
