For John Stergrave's life. For an annual payment of 5 marks, payable as specified. John Mordy is also to pay all burdens owed to the king and the church. Right of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears. Conditions on repairs and other conditions. John Mordy has made a bond in £40 to observe the conditions of the lease.
