Nicholas grants and quitclaims to Richard for an annual payment of 2d, payable as specified by Robert Reynold of 'la Felmed'' for ½ an acre of arable land lying in a field called 'Pytherstuch'' [in or near Odiham], which ½ acre Nicholas gave to Robert and in which Robert enfeoffed Richard. Nicholas also quitclaims for 1 acre of arable land lying in a field called 'Pytherstuch'' which Nicholas gave to William de la Stupe and in which William enfeoffed Richard. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Odiham charters.]
