All those lands which he bought in Meopham parish, namely of Gilbert de Westlonde 6 acres of land, of Godfrey franceis and Lettice his wife 6 acres and 1 virgate of land by 2 charters, of Henry son of Godfrey of West Down [in Meopham] 1½ acres of land, of Godfrey of West Down 3 acres and 3½ dayworks ('deywerca') of land, of Robert Rugge 1 acre and 1 virgate of land and of John Rugge 1 virgate and 5 dayworks of land. For annual payments of 1d to Gilbert de Westlonde, 12d and 2d to Godfrey franceis and Lettice his wife, 2 parts of 1 ploughshare ('vomer') and ¼d as a quit-rent ('forgabulum') to Henry son of Godfrey, 4d to Godfrey of West Down, 1 rose to Robert Rugge and ½d to John Rugge, all payable as specified.
