3¼ acres of the land which he bought of John son of William in Great Mongeham ('upmuningeham'), of which 1½ acres lies east and west in 'Holteghe', with the land of Henry de Stonlinge to east and north and the land which was of Edwin Stel to south and the land of 'Dominus' Bertram called 'Thornteghe' to west, and 1¼ acres lie in 'Holteghe' east and west with the land of of Henry de Stonlinge to north and the land of the heirs of William del Brok' to south and 'Dominus' Bertram's land of 'Thornteghe' to west, and ½ an acre lies south and north in 'Crukeleshole', with the land of of Henry de Stonlinge to west and the land of the heirs of William del Brok' to east. Also an annual payment of 13 and one-third pence free rent, payable as specified for the land which was of Alexander of Dover which 'Dominus' Bertram holds in Great Mongeham. For an annual payment of 1d, payable as specified to John and his heirs by Alice, daughter of John the clerk. For this the priory has also paid £7 10s as a gersum fine. No date.
