3 acres of his land of Mongeham, of which 2 acres lie in 'Smethemersse' and 1 acres lies in 'Eylmeresdane' in diverse portions ('per partes diversas'), 3 virgates lying with the land of Bertram de cryel to west and the land of Hugh blacryst to east and 1 virgate lying with the land of John de Eylmeresdane to west and the land of Hugh blacryst to east. For an annual payment of 1d as a quit-rent ('forgabulum'), payable as specified in the vill ('villa') of Mongeham. For this the priory has also paid 4 marks as a gersum fine. No date.
