Payable as specified for 3 acres and 1 virgate of land lying in the vill of Great Mongeham ('opmuningeham') which Thomas sold to Nicholas Pukel, 2 acres and 2 virgates of land lying in the vill of Great Mongeham which Thomas sold to Luke and 1 acre of land in 'Smethemersse'. For an annual payment of 1d, payable as specified in the priory's treasury at Canterbury. For this the priory has also paid 46s as a gersum fine. Made and recorded at Adisham court.
