½ an acre of land in the vill ('villa') of Mongeham, lying with the priory's land to west, the land of the heirs of Henry the merchant ('mercator') to east, the land of the heirs of Ivo atterex to north and the land of Hugh atte broke to south. For an annual payment of 2d, payable as specified. For this 'Dominus' John de londoniis, monk, has also paid 16s as a gersum fine on behalf of the priory. No date.
