1½ acres of land, lying in the vill ('villa') of Great Mongeham ('opmuningeham') with the land which 'Dominus' Bertram bought of William de muntes to south, the land of Ivo aterhex to north, the messuage of Denise ('Denotha') de herddewiueswik' to east and the land of John Loth to west. For an annual payment of 1d as a quit-rent ('forisgabulum'), payable as specified in the priory's treasury at Canterbury. For this the priory has also paid 6 marks as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Mongeham charters.]
