Wimund grants the priory the whole of his tenement of Great Mongeham ('hupmunigeham') and quitclaims for the tenement of Great Mongeham which was of John de Munte, his grandfather ('avus'). For an annual payment of 1d quit-rent ('forisgabulum'), payable as specified in the priory's treasury at Canterbury. For this the priory has also paid 60 marks as a gersum fine.
