[the land? of] Robert son of the clerk to north, 1 acre and 1 ... For an annual payment of 7s, payable as specified. Edwy has sworn to serve the cathedral in all things and his heirs are to do the same. No date. [Date: handwriting.] Original no date [early 13th century]. [Date: Henry de Melhuish occurs as archdeacon of Exeter between 1204 and c1221. Henry of Warwick, Isaac, Hugh and William of Swindon were all canons of Exeter and occur between 1196 and 1228.
