Name of the rector's proctor and other details lost.] Mgr R(?), proctor of the rector of the church of Hastingleigh, obtained papal letters to the official of Canterbury and the rural deans of Canterbury(?) and Bridge concerning the abbot and convent of 'Fesca' [Faversham?] and others, clerks and laymen, in the dioceses of Canterbury, Rochester and Lincoln on tithes, possessions, debts and other matters. Philip de mortemor, proctor of the prior of Canterbury Cathedral Priory, objected that the priory might be harmed by this and the other party promised that it should not be. Dated Mar 3GregoryIX.
