| Description | From: Walter, prior of Great Malvern Priory [Worcestershire]; the convent of Great Malvern Priory To: Hubert Walter, archbishop of Canterbury The priory has sent S the monk to Rome on the business of its house, because of harm done to it by the abbot of Westminster. In the presence of Mgr Hubert, clerk of the archdeacon of Worcester, the priory moved their letters of approval. The archbishop commanded the priory to receive judgement, which they did not feel able to do. The bishop of Worcester appealed on the priory's behalf against the abbot. No date.
