The manor of Middleton in Essex, with live and dead stock as specified. For a term of 20 years. For an annual payment of £30, payable as specified. Reserving certain rights and dues. Right of re-entry if payment in arrears. Conditions on repairs, husbandry, residence in the manor house, and other conditions. Details of livery. The lessees are to have 500 faggots a year from the wood of Middleton, and 'ploughbote', 'Cartbote' and 'haybote', to be cut down and carried at their own cost. William Fuller senior, John Camper, John Byett or John Danell' have made a bond in £100 to observe the terms of the lease. If one of these bondsmen dies within the term, the lessees shall find a replacement. Lessees' part of indenture.
