An annual payment of 3s in lieu of a sparrowhawk ('nomine unius spervarii') and for his right in the fee which was of Robert puintel, in the priory's vill ('villa') of Middleton [in Essex]. The grant is made for his soul and the souls of his ancestors. No date. [Date: dates of Prior John de Sittingbourne, I, and Prior John de Chetham.]
