| Description | From: John de Walflet To: John, prior of Canterbury Cathedral Priory; the convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory An annual payment of 3s in lieu of a sparrowhawk ('nomine unius spervarii') and for his right in the fee which was of Robert puintel, in the priory's vill ('villa') of Middleton [in Essex].
