Names of several witnesses and other details illegible.] 2 acres of land in Marden parish, which he has of the demise of Walter, son of Robert de Horherst, lying at Hurstfield with the priory's land to east, west and north and Robert's land to south. Also 1½ acres of land which he has of the demise of Adam, son of Alan of Hurstfield, lying in a croft called '...ecroft' in the same parish and place. For annual payment of 3d to Walter and 2d(?) to Adam, payable as specified. No date. [Date: handwriting. Dated EdwI; regnal year illegible, possibly 13EdwI.]
