Reserving to the priory certain lands, rights and dues, including the manor of Brooks End [in Birchington], a member of the manor of Monkton, rents of assize of both manors, 'Bedilcorn', everything belonging to the office of the bedel, 'le Hosand', 'le Dowlez', the salt marsh beyond the wall and precincts of the marsh. For an annual payment of money, payable as specified. Also for a payment of corn, which the farmer is to carry to a ship at Sarre, to be delivered at Fordwich at his own cost.
