Reserving certain rights and dues. For a term of 3 years. For an annual payment of £26 13s 4d, payable as specified at the priory's treasury at Canterbury. Conditions on carrying grain to Sarre to be shipped to Fordwich, repairs, including repairs to the sea wall, husbandry, and other conditions. Right of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears.
