| Description | From: Adam Patoun The prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory have taken all the lands and tenements which Peter le Porcher acquired of their fee at Wood [in Acol]in the Isle of Thanet into their hands as their escheat because Peter, who held the lands of the priory, was a bastard and died without heirs. The priory grants Adam ½ an acre of land in Wood which Peter acquired of Humphrey Patoun, Adam's father, for an annual payment of 12d, payable as specified at the priory's manor of Monkton.
