For messuages, lands, tenements and rents which were of Walter de Cokfeld, Robert's brother, in Monkton parish in the Isle of Thanet. The priory, as immediate lord of the holding, received the lands into its hands after Walter's death because he was a bastard and died without heirs. No date. [Date: handwriting.]
