An annual payment of 2s, payable as specfied by Walter for 2½ acres of land called 'Cokkesbrok' in the parish and holding of Mersham, lying with the land of John de Omyndenn' [Omenden in Biddenden?] to south, the land of the heirs of Alexander Champeneys to north, the king's highway ('regia strata') to east and the land of Robert de Grenestede to west. Right of distraint if payment in arrears. No date. [Date: handwriting.]
