For an annual payment of ½d as a quit-rent ('forgabulum'), payable as specified. For this the priory has also paid 16s as a gersum fine. Made and recorded at the priory's capital court ('curia capitalis') at Canterbury. The grant is made for St Dunstan's light in the cathedral church ('eadem ecclesia'). No date. [Date: handwriting.]
