An annual payment of 12s 4d, payable as specified by Thomas and Simon, sons of Adam Ordrich, Richard Erl, John thurbarn, Robert the clerk, Richard prude, John the baker ('pistor'), John, William and Hamo, sons of Stede, and Nigel, John and Richard, heirs of Samson. Payable at the priory's holding ('tenementum') of Monkton for a third part of the land called 'Halleland'. Of the total rent, Adam pays 6d at the priory's treasury at Canterbury for gavel ('gablum') and 8d to the priory's court of Monkton.
