John is to deliver seisin to John Litle, citizen and fishmonger ('Piscenarius') of London and Joan his wife of all the lands and tenements which Roger and William de Horne of Kent bought of John Litle in the city of London, in accordance with the charter of feoffment made between Roger and John Litle and Joan. William has quitclaimed to Roger for his estate in the lands.
