All the lands, tenements and other property they have in St Margaret Fish Street Hill ('de Briggestrete') parish and St Leonard Eastcheap parish in Bridge ward, London, and in St Michael Cornhill parish in Cornhill ward and St Bartholomew the Less ('parvus') parish in Broad Street ('Bradestrete') ward, London. The lands and tenements in St Margaret Fish Street Hill parish and St Leonard Eastcheap parish lie with the tenement of John Clapschethe to north, the tenement of John Curteys to south, the king's highway of Eastcheap to east and the tenement of John Curteys to west. The lands and tenements in of St Michael Cornhill parish and St Bartholomew the Less parish lie with the tenements of Henry de Cauntebrigg and Richard Gille to west, the tenements of Thomas Pykot and Bartholomew Bosaan to east, the king's highway of Cornhill to south and the king's highway of Broad Street ('Bradestrete') to north. For an annual payment of 40 marks, payable as specified in the church of St Margaret Fish Street Hill to Robert and Joan, or whichever of them lives longer, for life. Thomas [Chillenden, I], prior of Canterbury Cathedral Priory and the convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory are bound to Robert and Joan in the sum of 500 marks, to be paid in St Margaret's church, as contained in an obligation sealed with the priory's common seal. Right of distraint if payment in arrears. Right of re-entry if the 40 marks remain in arrears, the priory defaults on its payment of 500 marks or John, John, Stephen, John and John enter a plea concerning the lands in a court of record and do not call Robert and Joan to warranty.
