Namely, a tenement St Margaret Fish Street Hill ('sancte Margarete predicte') parish, lying with the tenements of Ralph Double and Alice his wife and John Fairher to north and the tenement late of John Leche, fishmonger, to south, with a right of way by a little lane leading from the tenement to the king's highway of Cannon Street ('Candelwikestret'). Also for a tenement which was of Hugh de Mockyng,in Crooked Lane ('la Crokedelane') in St Margaret's parish, and 4 shops in Fish Street Hill ('Briggestret') in Bridge ward, London, of which 3 are situated together in St Magnus the Martyr ('de Briggestret') parish and 1 in St Margaret's parish. And for all John Litle's lands and tenements in St Michael Cornhill parish and St Bartholomew the Less ('parvus') parish in the wards of Cornhill and Broad Street ('Bradestret'), London.
