Thomas is bound to John in the sum of £200, payable as specified. John grants that if he is never disturbed or impleaded by Thomas or Lettice, his wife, or anyone on their behalf in the tenement in St Margaret Fish Street Hill ('de Bruggestret') parish, London, which he has of Thomas's gift, and the tenement or any part of it is never recovered or demanded in the king's court, the bond shall be void.
Thomas grants that if John is disturbed in the tenement by him and Lettice or anyone on their behalf, the bond shall remain in full force. John's part of indenture.
