Bartholomew de septem fontibus and Alice his wife through their attorney seek a messuage, a mill, ..., 24 acres of land, 4 acres of meadow and 2 acres of wood in Marden against the prior of Leeds Priory. They claim that the prior had no right to enter the lands after Hamo de Crevequer disseised Alice.

The proceedings continued at Westminster on 17 Apr 1306. Bartholomew, Alice and the prior appeared, but then Bartholomew and Alice left and were in contempt.
