Begins with details of the capital messuage, dove-cot, mill and woods and summaries of the amount of arable, meadow and pasture. Names of tenants, brief descriptions of lands, some names of previous tenants and details of rents, with term dates, suit of court and labour services owed given. Also contains information about the priory's judicial privileges within the manor. The extent continues on the dorse. Marginal headings in another hand. A separate slip of parchment recording payments of hens and eggs is sewn to the bottom of the last membrane.
