The gift which Ralph of Langdon son of Osbert made to the priory of a messuage in Langdon which Peter had held of Ralph. Also a payment of 6d free rent ('liber redditus'), payable for the messuage of Randal de Essex'. He has surrendered any right in the messuage and payment to Ralph by his charter. For this the priory has paid 2 marks as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Langdon charters.]
