The messuage which Peter de Northon' held of him in Langdon, lying between Ralph's messuage and the messuage of Randal de Essex'. Also an annual payment of 6d free rent ('liber redditus'), payable as specified for Randal's messuage. Which messuage and payment Peter surrendered to Ralph by his charter. For an annual payment of 4d, payable as specified in the priory's court of Langdon. For this the priory has also paid 1 mark as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Langdon charters.]
