An annual payment of 2s 6d, payable as specified in the priory's court of South Langdon ('Sokelingeslangedon'') for the whole of his messuage in the same vill ('villa'), with 1 virgate of land next to the messuage and 2 acres of land lying with the land of Ralph son of Nicholas to east, Hamo's and Ralph's lands to west, the priory's land to south and the common drove-way ('chacium') to north. Also for the whole tenement he has in the same vill in Dec 1254. Made and recorded in the priory's court.
