13½ acres of land at Langdon ('Langed''), lying in 2 parcels ('pars') upon the hill ('mons') next to the holding ('tenmentum') of 'Dominus' Henry de fugieres. Of which 7 acres, 13 perches wide and 86½ perches long, lie together with the priory's land to north, next to the holding of 'crauthorn', the land of Simon, Ralph's brother, to south, Henry's land to east and Ralph's land to west, and 6½ acres, 13 perches wide at the upper ('superior') end and 13½ perches wide at the other and 43 perches long at the upper end and 35 perches at the other lie on, the hill with the priory's land to north and west, Simon's land to south and Henry's land to east. Also an annual payment of 10d free rent ('liber redditus'), payable as specified in the priory's treasury at Canterbury. For an annual payment of 1d, payable as specified in the priory's house at Langdon by the hands of the warden ('custos'). For this the priory has also paid 100s as a gersum fine.
