Tenements in St Bartholomew the Less parish in Broad Street ward ('Brodestrete') in the city of London, namely the tenement with shop, cellar and solars where Thomas Blake and Ellen used to live and where she and Thomas Clerk now live, 2 small tenements in New Alley, lying with the priory's tenement in New Alley where Thomas Bethom', citizen and fuller of London now lives to south, Thomas Clerk and Ellen's tenement to north, the land of St Paul's Cathedral to west and New Alley to east. Also a right of way to the well by the priory's storehouse in New Alley. For a term of 20 years. For an annual payment of 53s 4d, payable as specified. Right of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears. Conditions on repairs and other conditions. The lease is made with the consent of Prior Thomas [Goldstone, IV]. Thomas and Ellen's part of indenture.
