6 acres and 1 rood of land and pasture lying separately in 4 parts. 4 acres of land lying in the parish of East Farleigh in a place called 'Julkynesland', demesne of the manor of Loose, lying with John of Farningham's land to west, south and north and the king's highway to east, 1 acre of land which is an escheat ('esch'') of the manor of Loose, lying in Maidstone parish in a place called 'le Childryn' with John of Farningham's land to west, south and north and the water course called 'Losebrok'' to east, 3 roods of water meadow which are escheats of the manor of Loose in Loose parish in a place called 'Notewyf'', lying with the garden of John Hunte of Loose to north, the priory's land to south and east and the watercourse to west, and ½ an acre of pasture in Maidstone parish in the holding of Loose, with John of Farningham's land to west, south and north and the watercourse to east. For a term of 60 years. For an annual payment of 3s 4d, payable as specified in the priory's treasury at Canterbury. Reserving a right of way ('racionabili via') for the priory's animals of the manor of East Farleigh and Loose to be led and driven to the watercourse and watered there when necessary.
