3 virgates and 6 dayworks of land with the trees upon them in Maidstone parish in an empty croft called 'Sampsconiscroft' which he bought of John felice. Lying with the river ('ripa') leading from Loose church to Tovil ('Tobifelde') to east, the way leading from the house of the heirs of Samson ('Sampsconis') to the king's highway to west, the lane leading from the king's highway to the river to south and the land of Samson's heirs to north. For this the priory has paid 30s 3¼d as a gersum fine.
