Lands, tenements and other property in the parishes of St Margaret Fish Street Hill ('Breggestrete') and St Leonard Eastcheap in Bridge Ward, London, and the parishes of St Michael Cornhill and St Bartholomew the Less ('parvus') in Broad Street ('Bradstrete') ward, London, which they have of the gift of Robert little, citizen and fishmonger ('Piscenarius') of London and Joan, his wife. The grant is made with the king's licence. The lands are worth £20 a year and the grant is made in part satisfaction of lands worth £40 which king Richard II has given the priory licence to acquire [in mortmain].
