The burgage lying in Conduit Street ('le Cunduytstrete') with the burgage of St Mary the Virgin [the chapel or guild of St Mary?] to south, a cottage of the vicars [choral] of Lichfield Cathedral to north, the well called 'Burg'' (fons vocatus Burg'') late of Peter to west and Conduit Street to east. The acre of land lying in 'leefeld' between the land late of Isolda de meysham and the land of Richard de Walton' and the land of Richard de Walton' and the lane called 'lee lone'.

Witnesses: Henry Pembyrton' of Lichfield; John Hyde of Lichfield ('de eadem'); John Egeaker of Lichfield ('de eadem')

Endorsed with description, stating that the messuage is behind ('in dorso') the chapel of St Mary in Lichfield market ('forum'), in late 15th cents hands.
