A messuage with the adjoining croft in Lichfield, situated in Sandford Street ('Sondfordstrete') beyond the water, between the way which leads from Lichfield to Walsall and a field called 'Burgesfeld' and between the land of the gild of St Mary on both of the [other] sides. Also 5 strips ('selio') of land and arable in a field called 'Senelond' in the territory ('territorium') of Lichfield between the land of William Newport and the hedge of the field of 'Senelond'. Also a moor next to 'le milnebroke' called 'Sonfordmilne', stretching from the land formerly of Thomas Meisham to the common field on one side and 'le milnebroke' on the other. Also 1 acre of land in 'pernefeld' in the fee of Lichfield, lying between the land of Richard Ruggeley and the land late of Thomas meisham and between Richard's land and Leamonsley ('lemmonsley').
