The burgage and messuage lying in Conduit Street ('Cunduytstrete') between the tenement of John SeintJones and the tenements late of Thomas Taverner and Mgr Edmund de Stafford and between the highway and a well ('fons') called 'Seintmarywall''. The acre of land lying in 'le leefeld' between the land late of Isolda de meysham and the land of Richard de Walton and between Richard's land and the lane called 'le leelone'.
Given at Lichfield [Staffordshire].

Endorsed with description, stating that the quitclaim relates to the obit of 'Dominus' John paxson' and that the land is in the tenure ('tenura') of Henry langton' in early 16th cent hands.
