Description	Party: Roger de Rideware of Lichfield Party: Lettice, wife of John Notte of Lichfield Lettice has granted Roger a corner burgage ('burgagium angulare') in Lichfield in Backester Lane ('Backstereslone'). Roger grants that if Lettice pays him 5 marks on 29 Sep in 6 years' time then the feoffment will be void and shall be returned to Lettice. Otherwise it is to remain in full force until Lettice pays the 5 marks. Given at Lichfield [Staffordshire]. Witnesses: Thomas Taverner of Lichfield senior; Thomas Taverner of Lichfield ('de eadem') junior; Richard Wisse; Henry Sawyer; Richard de Hambury Endorsed 'de domo in Baxterlane in lich'' in 17th cent hand.
