2 pieces of land and 1 piece of meadow in the parish of South Lambeth, Surrey. Of which 1 piece is called 'Barlondisclose' and contains 6 acres 1 rood and 2 dayworks, lying with Sir John Legh's close of arable land to east, the king's highway leading from London to Kingston[-upon-Thames] to west, the lands of John Scott esq to east and in 2 places to north and the priory's field called 'Southlambethfeld' to south. Another piece is called 'Southlambethfeld', lying next to 'Barlondisclose', recently divided into 2 parts and containing in all 24½ acres 1 rood and 6 dayworks, lying with 'Barlondisclose' to north, the king's highway to west, a footpath leading from Lambeth to Clapham to east and another path leading from the king's highway through the gate to 'bolockesfeld' in Stockwell to south. The piece of meadow, containing 14½ acres 1 daywork and 1 perch, lies next to the well called 'Fauxwell', lying with the king's highway to east, a meadow or pasture called 'hoffeld' to west, a pasture late of Peter Palmer to north and a meadow called 'Stokwelmede' to south. For a term of 20 years. For an annual payment of 45s, payable as specified. Conditions on repairs. Right of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears. The priory will grant a further lease for 20 years at the end of the term in return for the surrender of the present lease and a payment of 10s for the writing and sealing of the new lease, payable to the priory chancellors and the clerk deputed by the prior for this purpose.
