The whole payment ('redditus') from 2 houses which were of his father in Friday Street ('fridaistrete') in the city of London, which his father held of the fee of Clerkenwell, and which his father gave to the priory in pure and perpetual alms. Reserving an annual payment of 7s, which he paid to the nuns of Clerkenwell. The grant is made for the redemption of his and his father's souls, the restitution of things taken away ('ablatus') by him or his father and for the satisfaction of injuries. No date [after 1213].
