Henry and Henry, jointly or separately, are to receive seisin of 2 messuages in St Margaret Fish Street Hill ('de Breggestrete') parish and St Leonard Eastcheap parish, Bridge ward, London, and in St Michael Cornhill parish, Cornhill ward, and St Bartholomew the Less ('parvus') parish, Broad Street ('Bradestrete') ward, London. John Wade, citizen and fishmonger ('Piscenarius') of London, John Claydon, citizen and fishmonger of London, and Stephen de Betenham, John Sheldwych and John Flemyng of the county of Kent will enfeoff the priory with the lands in accordance with the charter made between them.
Given at the chapter house of Canterbury Cathedral Priory.

Endorsed with description, describing it as letters of attorney for receiving sesin in the tenement of Robert Little in the time of Prior Thomas Chillenden, I, in late 14th cent hands.
