A house and a vacant plot of land adjoining it, 10 ells wide and 8 ells long, lying in St Bartholomew the less ('parvus') parish, London, with Robert's lands to north and west, the tenement of Thomas Rose to south and the tenement of Thomas Levesham to east. For an annual payment of 1d, payable as specified, if demanded. Conditions on repairs and other conditions. The feoffment is made on condition that if Thomas holds and enjoys the lands peacefully for a term of 31 years and is not removed from them by Robert it shall be void, otherwise it shall remain in full force.
