DescriptionCopies of 2 grants and a quitclaim made to Robert Ryder, citizen and potter ('ollareus') of London. Full descriptions of properties and witness lists given.

(1) Grant by Thomas Lorchoun, clerk, son of Robert Lorchhoun of a messuage with adjoining garden in the parish of St Andrew Undershaft ('super Cornhull''), London, dated 16 Feb 1361.

(2) Grant by Thomas de Caxton, citizen and butcher of London, of a shop with the solar built over it which he holds for life in the parish of St Andrew Undershaft, London, dated 4 Jun 1361.

(3) Quitclaim by William Ochyn of Laleham, Middlesex, and Alice, his wife, for the shop with the solar built over it which Robert recently bought of Thomas de Caxton in the parish of St Andrew Undershaft, dated 7 Jun 1361.
