½ an acre of land which William and Thomas held of Roger of Lee [in Ickham] in Ickham, lying with the lands which the priory bought of Ivo de molendino and Mabel his wife and of Gilbert son of John and Emma his wife to north, south and west and the land of Roger Walewere to east. For annual payments of ½d, payable as specified by the keeper ('custos') of the lands at Canterbury, and 2 ploughshares, payable as specified to the lords of the estate.
