An annual payment of 25d of free rent, payable as specified, which Richard Gorge and Liveva his wife granted to him. Payable for 4 acres of land 'Besuthestrete' which lie between the lands of Theobald of Twitham ('Tuitham') called 'tienhecere' and the lands of John the prior, and 1 acre of land lying with the curtilage of Thomas of Barnsole ('Bernesole') to west. This is contained in Richard and Liveva's charter which Wulfric has delivered to the priory. No date. [Date: handwriting. The reference to St Thomas's tomb in the witness list suggests before 1220.]
