The sale which 'Dominus' Reginald de Cornhell' made to the priory of ½ a carucate of land in 'knoldane', reserving an annual payment of 14s to Eustace, payable as specified, and foreign service ('forinsecum servitium'), as is contained in the chirograph made in the king's court at Hertford of the agreement between Eustace and Reginald. Right of distraint if payment in arrears or service not rendered. No date. [Date: dates of Prior John de Sittingbourne, I, and Prior John de Chetham. Related final concord dated 8 Nov 1227.]
