The whole of his manor of 'Cnoldane' which is of the holding ('tenementum') of William del Bec and Eustace de Burne. For an annual payment of 29s 3d as a rent ('redditus') and 1lb of cumin as a quit-rent ('forisgabulum'). For this the priory has also paid 200 marks and a palfrey worth 5 marks as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Ickham charters.]
